We like the location near to shops local town and 20 mins from Donegall town. We loved our room and the staff were friendly

Great location, spacious room, fantastic spa, great pub food and live music, amazing breakfast, located in Ballybofey so close to McElhinney’s Department Store, wonderful friendly staff - will definitely return x

I was spending one night while attending a school reunion hosted by the sister hotel. The room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent. I had a good night's sleep. Parking was very handy. I did not have an evening meal as I arrived a little late.
I was a little dissappointed by the breakfast. The juice was likely homogenised out of a container. The fresh fruit did not seem that fresh and there was little variety on offer. I had some scrambled egg and a sausage which was fine.

The room was clean and modern, the hotel atmosphere was enjoyable.
The rooms were noisey and not sufficiently sound proof from either the corridor or the windows, this was particularly an issue given late events/guests and external air conditioning units. The bed was extremely high and heavy tog for summer weather. The leisure facilities were not in the building and you have to walk to a sister venue.
