The hotel is lovely, it was very clean, and pretty quiet. The cleaning lady was very kind to us as we both got really ill upon arrival. The hotel itself is a gracious establishment, very well maintained. The room and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located a few blocks from the Zocalo, which was just a pleasant stroll, and there were coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment nearby.

UN POCO RUIDOSO, PUES EN LA HABITACIÓN CERCANA A LA RECEPCIÓN DESDE MUY TEMPRANO SE ESCUCHAN CONVERSACIONES.

La ubicacion y la limpieza de la habitacion.
Una de las puertas q da al balcón de la habitación 203 no cierea bien y el colchón rechina bastante al sentarse.

Location is great near main square and in the middle of historical center. Staff is nice and helpful. Fresh water in the lobby and couple bottles in the room.
Needs updates. Room smelled (
not sure if it came from the bathroom or outside since we kept window open). It was very loud in the courtyard when they opened gates for vehicles at 6am in the morning (gates scraped and creaked). Also, someone was dragging garbage bins at the early hour as well. Hot water in the shower ran for 5 min. No coffee or breakfast. Week ago we stayed around the corner in much more updated place with lower price and coffee/ light breakfast so this was not a good choice for us.

Me encantó este hotel. Es lindo, cómodo, limpio, céntrico y seguro. Su personal muy amable , tanto Pablo como la recepcionista de la mañana. Muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar.

La ubicación del hotel es de lo mejor. Las habitaciones están muy bien y cuenta con estacionamiento.
El restaurante del hotel no es su fuerte pero te salva si necesitas desayunar algo antes de salir a algo de trabajo.

Location is perfect. The lobby, the restaurant and staff are good and friendly. Food in the restaurant is ok, but very convenient if you don’t want to go out. Rooms are simple, but ok for the price. Our only issue was the bathroom. Flashing was periodically not working and it smelled from the pipes. So, nothing could be done.

They don't accept cards and we had to go and withdraw money in order to pay for the room.

Que había unas hormigas minúsculas en Belén baño y que su inodoro no funciona muy bien. Hay que jalar varias veces

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en el centro de Oaxaca. El personal muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones estaban limpias.
No tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos durante nuestra estadía. El personal nos intento ayudar muy amablemente y funciono por unas horas pero después volvimos a agua fría.

Right in the center of downtown Oaxaca, you can walk everywhere and price is very fair. There’s also a restaurant.
A bit dated. Rooms don’t have blackout curtains and the have big windows so light wakes you up early.

it’s a good location, close to everything but far enough from the noise.
when I book the hotel it said a/c when we arrive it didn’t, only a few rooms have a/c. they ware very helpful to give us a room with a/c. just be carful and doble check.

Barr minimum amenities. didn’t even have a hair dryer or a bath mat to dry your feet after a shower. credit card payments are not accepted.
