We like the space in the unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Enjoyed the balcony and view. We liked the swimming pool. Jetted tub was a nice plus. Telephone contact with host was pleasant and helpful.

The unit needs updates, especially the furniture. The ac struggled. The fan was helpful but was filthy and we had to clean it before using. The unit needed a thorough cleaning. Lots of remotes with no directions.

The location and view of downtown Gatlinburg were excellent, especially with all the Christmas lights! 🎄 The bedrooms were spacious, each with a bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom showers were a little dirty and the air unit in the front room didn't run very well.

toilets had pee stains and the shower had mold it just did not feel clean at all.

property was a little dirty, towels smelled, pillows stained, hot water faucet did not work properly in the tub and the faucet came loose and water splashed everywhere. the ac stopped working. requested a grill and there was one in the balcony but did not work. there was no dish sponge or no kitchen towels. the pizza cutter was absolutely filthy that it took me awhile to get all the dried up remains of previous use. the dish soap was so watered down that was difficult to properly wash dishes
