The kitchen bin didn't have gabbage or refuse bags inside ,it's untidy,kindly provide refuse bags please .

I was there to watch cricket and it was a walking distance to the stadium. Staff was very helpful and they even tried their best to accommodate my diet

Remotes for TV were not working. Staff member tried to assist to only managed to help with 50% I had to figure out the other 50%. They need to make sure everything works before one checks in

Its proximity to Melrose Arch, how it is clean and the staff.

We explored the city, went to restaurantes, shopping and had fun at the parks

Limited tv channels, no air dryer in the room, and moop to clean the flor

The location and cleanliness

The attitude of the male receptionist who was on duty on the 18th August. He gave us a wrong key to the room,my partner went to him to twll him that the key doesn't go into the lock,he changed us into another room without checking the key. The room that he gave us had single beds only,yet I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had to sleep acroos the 2 singles for 2 nights because thean was unapproachable,he told us that we went to the first room and used towels there and ledt it. Our answer was not that we left it inyentionally,he changed the room for us and obviously when you get into a room,you wash your hands and dry with toweld,only after we did that,we realized that the key couldn't fit into a door lock and we found the room unlocked

It’s big and has a functional kitchen, the bedroom has a soft mat with a huge king size bed fitted with clean warm sheets

The only downside is that they don’t have a smart tv. We don’t care so much about satellite tv anymore, all we want is YouTube and Netflix and that’s it,
