Loved it but due to no lifts I won’t be returning

Was very nice

No lifts had to carry bags weighing 24 kilos up and down two flights of stairs with a bad back aged 66 Neibours had a very Noisy party on the first night of our stay Drunks yelling out and knocking on our front door Didn’t get much sleep that night

Super comfortable and new 1 bedroom apartment

The inside was super comfortable and new. A real home away from home. Well stocked kitchenette with dishes and condiments. Great heat pump. Enjoyed the balcony/conservatory as an extra room.

Had a family emergency so was a fantastic place to say 10 minutes walk to Christchurch hospital l

Location was great close to everything Walking distance to shops , Town centre and Christchurch hospital Host Rachel was fantastic thank you. whenever I’m back in NZ would love to say in the same apartment.

Wouldn’t change anything apartment was great location also great.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the park

Beautiful apartment with views over the park . Enclosed balcony was a wonderful surprise.

Second floor apartment without a lift made it extremely difficult for me to carry suitcases up& down. Please let customers know in advance.

Very good

Spacious, clean, quiet and close to the park. Good equipment and facilities generally.

Could have done with a couple of extra towels given our stay was 6 days. Clearer description re access, i.e. the fact that there is no lift might be difficult for those with any mobility issues.

Central to town and ease of getting around. Very clean . Perfect for a couple for a 6 day stay.

Fantastic

What a find this place was. An absolutely stunning apartment in a great location overlooking the park. Every amenity for your stay was there. An easy walk into the centre of Christchurch and the lovely botanical gardens. Highly recommended.

Disappointing

Good location and communication was very good. Owners worked immediately to try to remedy our issue which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, if like us you can't stand the stale smell from smokers, then you will find this place isn't for you. It is only the balcony area but the furnishings need a deep clean or to be replaced to get rid of the odour. Otherwise we would return if this was remedied.

Lovely, welcoming, fresh

Loved loved loved the location. Place was comfortable and homely.

OK.so I went to vacuum and it was broken, you couldn't empty it and it was dirty and full. I actually don't have a problem cleaning up after myself but that was just disgusting.

Great place.

Great location. Apartment was lovely , clean and had everything we needed.

The only downside to it was no parking space and if netball is on at Hagley park street parking is very limited. If no netball on parking was OK.

Highly recommended

Central to everywhere, spacious,, comfortable, clean, self sufficient, warm and cosy. Fast communication with manager. Would definitely stay again.

Only downfall would be the parking. Not many other faults to see.
