One waitress worked harder than all her colleagues put together. Restaurant was not well managed.
Shortages of food at breakfast meant long waiting periods.

The room was spotless and the bed was exceptionally comfortable
No room service until 6pm. We could hear our neighbours extremely clearly and the TV only seemed to allow bbc 1 on.

Spa was good, a little old but all in good working order.
The food was awful. We booked dinner b&b to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were expecting the 3 course set menu. Instead we only had the option of a carvery or £25 per person from the bar menu. The carvery was shockingly bad, overcooked and lukewarm warm at best. Staff were good at dealing with this and offered us the bar menu as a substitution and were very accommodating. Not a 4* hotel dining experience!
