Staff very helpful, rooms clean, dinner and breakfast great, secure parking, I will book again on future visits to Koblenz
All good

The rooms are larger than my expectation
Located inside village. There are restaurants (in addition to the one on site) and a supermarket within a few minutes walk.
There is elevator
There is no air conditioning and is very hot even in end of May (we hit the heat wave)
There is insufficient parking space for all guests so there is the risk that need to park somewhere nearby.

Good value for money.
Free parking.
It’s not in the center of Koblenz, but near the river.

The restaurant was very cosy in a German style. Great atmosphere! Our room was very basic and small.
