Berlin Marriott Hotel

1) Very good location, very short distance from the train station. 2) Quick Check-in and Check-out.

Great hotel, in a great location, well placed to walk to lots of the top touristy places - Potsdamer Platz, Tiergarten Park, Holocaust Memorial, Hitlers Bunker, Mall of Berlin, Brandenburg Gate, The Reichstag Building, Checkpoint Charlie. Modern, well appointed hotel. I’d happily stay there again.

Pool area wasn’t as god as the pics. It’s quite small. Breakfast lacked pork based options - which surprised me for Germany!!

Friendly staff. Nice perk with the free sauna.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk to the main train station and very close to the bus stops/ S Bahn / U Bahn. The reception staff was very friendly and answered all the question we had.

The house keeping had a lot to improve. In fact I am very disappointed with their in-room cleaning given it is claimed to be a five star hotel. Some of the basic things were not attended to, like re-supplying clean glasses or mugs. We have informed them there would be two guests in the room. They only supplied one set of bathrobe and slippers until we requested for the second set. The next point would be bottle water. The reception informed us that there would only be one small complementary bottle. With all the hotels we have been, there are always bottled water available during our stay.
