Location, great facilities and choices of entertainment.
Very pleasant staff.
As Australians we're non demanding and enjoy what's on offer.
At night we were disturbed by the doors banging. People should realise that they are heavy and need to be closed gently not walk in and let it slam shut.

We loved the kids pool as it occupied our children
The pools, particularly the child’s pool were really dirty with mould under the slides etc.
we were also told we would have interconnecting rooms as we booked the club rooms but when we arrived we’re told that we couldn’t. After discussing with multiple staff members this was rectified
