The pool and pool bar is absolutely beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff all knew our names in one day and the service was excellent. Fabulous breakfast and loved the gardens. Three times a week they had events on at night and the food was incredible at a very cheap price.
Nothing that the hotel could have changed, they thought of everything. Location was a little out of the main part of Sanur however they supplied a shuttle bus that went to the main street in Sanur every two hours. What they lacked in location was definitely made up in service.

The pool. Steps slippery and NO handrail,DANGEROUS!
Pool smaller than expected.
Too far from main downtown.
