Very pleasant stay for three days in an exceptionally comfortable unit.

A really pleasant stay in a roomy, warm and comfortable unit that had everything you need - including a (very rare) washing machine and small garden. My wife and I stayed there for three days and it was wonderful. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Nothing - it was fantastic.

Fabulous stay

Immaculate. Got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment what can I say but wow .staff lovely breakfast great. Would definitely stay again. Walking distance to the station.

Exceptional

Ideal hotel to drive to and with free parking. Tine station about a 7min walk away. Staff very friendly and could not do enough for us. Breakfast excellent. Room very comfortable and even better as we was given an upgrade due to work being done.

Nothing to complain about.. excellent staff, comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

friendly, efficient staff, was provided with a code for easy access, good parking, clean. Would recommend.

bathroom is now quite dated, ideally could be better but nothing wrong with it.

Very good

It is good location and close to metro station in North Finchley. The hotel has nice garden and offer good breakfast on the menu and small buffet. The staff is really polite and very good.

The bathrooms are old. But the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hotel was well heated.

The property is very quiet, charming and well arranged. All the staff were lovely. The breakfast with a calm garden view is great. The room itself facing the garden was really quiet for a London stay.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment, with parking & close to tube

Very close to tube station for northern line (5 min walk). Parking onsite & we were able to leave the car there whilst we spent the day in the city. Very helpful owner who rearranged our booking on arrival as it was for the wrong day. Excellent service. Ate in a nice Italian restaurant round the corner, recommended by the owner.

it’s an older building, perfectly serviceable but tired in places, did not affect our stay at all though, very comfortable and clean

A great find, we would return if we needed accommodation in the area in future.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the entire property was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was perfect, a lovely bright and airy room and delicious offerings, once again the staff were attentive without being over the top.

The decor is rather tired and the bathroom needs updating. it wouldn’t take much to do but would make this property absolutely first class.

The perfect place to stay for a weekend in London at a very reasonable price.

We liked our room. It was advertised as small but was slightly larger than we expected. We liked the location as the Underground was only a short walk away. We liked the staff, they were very helpful and friendly.

Our ensuite was very small, but it had everything we needed. The pillows were too high for me, but I feel sure the staff would have changed them if I had asked.

A lovely stay with a warm welcome.

Very comfortable hotel. Nice bright hotel room. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was a particular highlight. A lovely full English in the conservatory. Close to transport links.

The bathroom was a bit dated and the shower wasn’t great.

comfortable, old fashioned hotel with spacious rooms and super-comfortable bed.

the bathroom is run-down, sink cracked, shower not closing properly with danger of scalding, seals and moldings tatty. needs a full makeover.
