Pedimos aparcar en el parking y nos digeron que no les quedaban plazas

Las camas y las almohadas eran super cómodas. Solo teníamos el desayuno pero un acierto en cuanto comida. La ubicación perfecta, al lado de caldea y a 3 minutos andando de la avenida principal. La limpieza de 10.

Un solo ascensor. Cuando llegamos nos dicen que tiene parking pero esta ocupado…. Hay de pago 24€ al día. Nunca se nos contó que había gimnasio. El buffet es muy justo y agobiante para coger las cosas.

El personal de recepción son muy amables te resuelven todas las dudas que tengas el desayuno muy completo y la ubicación muy buena aparcamiento bien ya que lo pedí en el hotel

Exceptional

Location is fantastic. Staff is really friendly and service oriented, we had a half-pension booking and arrived quiet late, but they went out of their way to serve us dinner.

Wonderful place

Excellent place to stay, with friendly staff, a big and comfortable room, and a wonderful breakfast. Parking and famous sauna is just on other side of the street

It is not possible to stay next to the door and unload luggage. You got to stay on special parking spot, next to bus stop on the road. Not really safe feeling when you are with kids.

well placed, parking available at reasonable price in caldea parking

The breakfast was cold and apoear to have been cooked some hiurs on. The mix of smells in the buffet area wasnt pleasant. Would advise some luds for the warm food. Kerps the heat and smells controlled.

breakfast and overall service were great. Free coffee at reception + freebies in the room. Comfy bed

only thing would be lightening in the bedroom, it was pretty dark with just lamps beside the bed, so that could be improved :) but just a minor thing though

Good hotel close to downtown, close to the water park. Excellent breakfast nice, arrangement of breakfast foods. Well worth the stay.

You should have a free pass to Caldea

The property was very well located

It has pictures in booking and in Google advertising that it comes with pool and the hotel itself doesn’t have any pool the pictures are from Caldea a building beside it that you have to pay apart

Superb

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good variety of meals for breakfast and we had a nice dinner in the evening even though we arrived rather late

Could be good to have a better ventilation in the room, was a little bit stuffy

Parking, we were given the pass card to park the car underground, but never were told it’s 15€/ 1 day

Excellent stay and we wouldn't hesitate to come back to this hotel again in the future.

Great location, excellent reception staff that went above and beyond. Would stay here again.

The lighting in the room was dim and the mirror made you look fat, but we found that funny!
