Location was amazing & vibe very relaxed.
Needs a bit of TLC. Damp patches on the ceiling of our room & mould on windows. That said I would stay again without hesitation.

Loch front, stunning! This hotel has massive potential!
The food and dining experience was disappointing. The staff are extremely helpful and caring but it’s clear they need more resources to improve the quality. I was disappointed and won’t return until there’s improvement.
Such a shame as it could be a repeat destination.

Location. Food staff and character
Losing power. Service charge need some updating and long road with gravel car park

Location and the staff
The hotel was very dated and in need of decoration. It was evident this had started but there needs to be great deal more before paying guests are admitted
