The "Franciszek Kupka" apartment is located in the heart of the city, close to all tourist attractions. Apartment is very spacious with all appliances needed for long term stay. The ladies (with short hair) from the restaurant deserve the highest praise

Despite reporting the lack of internet for three consecutive days, the problem has not been fixed. The reception service in the building is also not very friendly especiall for people not speaking Czech

So many facilities. The room is equipped with a kitchen, fridge, sofa, and a washing machine. The location is great. Very centrally located.

Even after the check-in time, the room was not ready (bed was not made, dirty dishes in the sink). The staff kept telling me they needed 30 mins more and was upset when I notified them the room was not ready. On the first night the bed sheet and the blanket is not clean and had weird smell. I had to ask them to change it. The room is super hot. Even though they provide small AC, it’s only a bit better than a fan and not enough for the summer weather.

Room was big enough, really appreciate the welcome champagne. Room was clean and coffee machine available. Perfect for short or long stay. Location is amazing. I can't think of better one to be honest. Not too noisy and yet in the middle of the city.

AC is a bit old and loud, but was possible to survive... But what was disturbing, is the shower. Water pressure on 4th floor is so low I could barely wash my long hair from shampoo, also water temperature is not stable, so you ether burn yourself or it's super cold. There was only 2 coffee capsules in the room (chocolate coffee).

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed with little child and asked for a quieter room and the request was accommodated. Welcome drink and sweets were included. We had everything we needed. Thank you.

Location couldn’t be more perfect. The room was very clean and well furnished, they left a little bottle of cava in the room and some merci chocolates, which gave the experience a very attentive touch.

Reception is a bit shabby but to be honest not a big issue.

Advertised as having a elevator but also had stairs. If you had one of the front rooms it was a bit noisy as the trams run late & start early

Great location in city centre, very comfortable and well equipped room. A lot of people in comments/reviews mention noise from the street, but if you are familiar with living in city centres or near any roads, there is nothing unusual. All in all very good value for money.
