The property is well located on an inner street with lots of options for dining nearby. Property is well connected with 2 metro stations nearby. We could reach Eiffel Tower and Lafayette from either of the stations The lady at the front desk was exceptionally courteous. She offered us free breakfast and a bottle of wine after knowing it was our anniversary and we were in Paris to celebrate it She helped me by offering the use of microwave in the room as I had to heat my gluten free meal. All the team at front desk were welcoming and happy to help in everything we asked them. Will return again to meet this sweet lady and the team

Standard room does not have any kitchen facilities and there was no washer or dryer facility

We had a very pleasant stay at this aparthotel. For Paris, the location was excellent, with a metro station just 2 minutes away, plenty of restaurants and terraces nearby, and a convenience store right next to the property for quick food purchases. The rooms are quite small, but that's fairly typical in France, so I can't really complain about that. Instead of air conditioning, the hotel uses older ventilation units. They are a bit noisy in my opinion, but not excessively so, and most importantly, they kept the room cool enough for us to be comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Cleanliness was excellent, both in the rooms and in the common areas. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. If I return to Paris in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The breakfast was fine and the location of the hotel is excellent

The room was very messy, there were stains on the carpet and the sofa and the check-in process was long and difficult because the receptionist did not understand English. Another thing that bothered us about our stay here was that the hotel was not open 24/7 so when we left and came back relatively late we had to wait outside the hotel for about 5 minutes until they opened the door for us. All in all, not the most pleasant experience
