Located in the Oxfordshire countryside on a golf course. Friendly staff nice restaurant very good clean Spa.
Air conditioning not working. They are hoping to sort this soon.

Hotel in general is tired looking, spa is rundown. Atmosphere was weird and a bit soul less. For such an expensive stay it was underwhelming. Breakfast in particular was disappointing, cheap ingedients chucked at us, dreadful coffee. Wish we had stayed in a local pub.

Pretty much everything was great. Food, staff, venue, views, comfort.
Jacuzzi a couple of degree warmer. That's it. Only thing I would change.

Room was great, spacious and clean which is all you want. Breakfast was good, hot and fresh and nice and quick.

it was adequate
the food was very poor for the price, i had a risotto which was covered in oil for some unknown reason.
the service was very slow, and they did not cater for children, but provide high chairs !

Pool was cool to say the least!
Bathroom towel rail whistled (sounded like a ghost train for the night until we found it and turned it off!)
Thought TV could have had Youtube or iPlayer in these days??

The first view of the hotel was impressive with a good size accessible car park. The reception staff was very pleasant and informative and always helpful.
It was nice to have your breakfast cooked to order with no queuing at service stations.
The hotel what we experienced was a little tired and in need of some TLC.
The cost of food in the restaurant and room service was in my opinion over priced.
