The property was so cozy and warm with a lit fire. Decorated beautifully with soft sofas, fairy lights and home decor alongside a mini bar tailored with drinks.
Our bedroom was lovely and spacious and very clean. Great size bed.
The only thing was the property was named the “ Lake View Hotel” and there wasn’t a view of the lake. Saying this we didn’t have a front room view.

Amy and James are very good hosts. The porridge at breakfast was excellent as was the full cooked breakfast. The bedroom was nice and clean, the bed very comfy. They had 2 lounges for guests one with a log burner and tea and coffee facilities and the other with very comfy sofas. Overall an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend. They were both very knowledgeable about the area.
Everything was perfect.

Really friendly, small family run hotel, where every effort is made to accommodate the needs of guests. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, well connected to the local area.
Nothing.

Clean, good breakfast, comfy bed
Location, no view of lake, no outdoor seating area apart from a bench, no staff, no evening meals available, had to make our own tea and coffee etc, that were downstairs, to bring up to room, smell in bathroom from drains, probably could do with checking, owners on site but felt uncomfortable having to msg or ask if we needed anything. Communal area was like sitting in front room with strangers. Bar closes at 10 and doors shut at 12.
