Hanover 71 Suites

Very friendly staff, location is excellent, parking at local shopping mall provided.

For a premium location and heritage building, I thought the bathroom could be better. There is plenty of space, yet only a simple washbasin instead of a full vanity. Shower door wasn't sliding smoothly and the (brand-new) towels were too large.

A very nice cafe and restaurant on the groundfloor, good breakfast very nice staff. Easy applicable and significant discount in the nearby parking lot.

It was a really short stay tourist like mid town apartement in the center. Was a bit too narrow for four people. 3rd floor on steps, but those were mentioned in the discription, so no probs.

Our room has plenty of space for 3 people. The location was perfect.

We had quite a few outlets that did not work. Also no outlets in the bathroom.

Loved the interior of the old style decor. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Just a beautiful bedroom and bathroom.

FOR ONE THING THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. My granddaughter bought some bubble bath and. was so excited to soak in the very large tub..NO HOT WATER. So the three of us left dirty to catch our train. There is no one in the lobby past 4pm. Another disapointment was the winding long stairs! The winding long stairs were beautiful however a 70 yr old woman who had recent knee surgery , it was dangerous.Don't know if the website for Hanover reveals that there is no elevator and walking up two floors was bad for me.. I assumed I would be reimbursed for a certain amount or a credit. it didn't happen. The room was pricey and the taxes put the price above a five star hotel.
