Super friendly hosts, and breakfast is amazing! Bus station is right outside of the property and can easily go to the popular trails for those without a car.

The lovely old house was easy to find, on the main road just out of the village. Parking at the rear was ideal. We received a warm welcome and briefing. The furniture and fittings reflect the age of the property and are interestingly quirky. The bed was comfortable and the room warm. Larger people may find the en-suite shower room tight, but we managed fine. The highlight of the visit were the incredible breakfasts - to be experienced to be believed! John and Colin genuinely want their guests to have the best possible experience and their attention to detail is amazing.

It was near to the places we wanted to visit
A bit small, narrow stairs and low ceilings, small bedroom and tiny bathroom

"Host meravigliosi, colazione home-made buonissima, posizione molto comoda (a 15 min a piedi dal centro di Betws-Y-Coed e con parcheggio in loco), struttura accogliente"
