The cabin was so cozy it felt like home! It was nice and stocked with things we needed. The hot tub was amazing on our bodies after all of the walking we did around town.

Parking was a little scary due to the slope of the road.

The mattress was very uncomfortablte

The hot tub was lovely and the beds comfortable. The setting was relatively quiet until the weekend started. Towels, bed linens, kitchen items fine. The internet and smart TV in the living room were great. Dishwasher and washer/dryer was nice to have. The owner responded promptly to a text asking about recommended restaurants. All switches were labeled which was very helpful. The binder with various instructions was as well.

The second bedroom was upstairs in a loft. No door for privacy for that bedroom and every step made in the upstairs bedroom could be heard in the downstairs one. The people staying upstairs could hear the program being watched quietly on an Ipad in the first floor bedroom. The parking for the home was on a moderately steep slant, making it difficult for 2 of us who had knee issues to walk safely up from our cars in the parking spots to the porch without difficulty. There is very little space to put food not needing refrigeration. We could not get the TV in the downstairs bedroom to turn on. To be fair, we then just used an Ipad to stream a program instead and did not contact owner.

The cabin was clean, furniture was in excellent condition, the hot tub was clean, and the bathroom was clean. The cabin was in a great location. The cabin had cleaning materials and everything you need as if you were at home. I would definitely recommend Cozy Nest to anyone going to Gatlinburg to vacation. I would definitely go back to stay on vacation.

The cabin was nice and cozy, the perfect size for our family of 3! The accommodations were wonderful and the owners were great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was clean and cozy as advertised. Fully furnished with all your daily needs.

The lighting in the bathrooms could improve, but it was such a minor flaw it wouldn’t deter us from staying there again.

The location was amazing! I loved being close enough to Gatlinburg but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of it! The hosts were also super great! Will definitely recommend this wonderful cabin again!
