Homaris Kreuzberg 61

Ottima posizione, istruzioni per accesso alla camera chiare e puntuali, camera pulita e comoda.

Tutto ok

It was nice.

It where dust around, and the bed didn’t had a cover between the sheet and madras.

the location was peaceful and quiet, yet easy to reach busier parts of Kreuzberg

we couldn't get the TV to work, but we didnt have time to watch it anyway as so much to do in Berlin

The location was the best part of our stay. It was very convenient for getting into Berlin city centre, with easy access to both buses and the underground. The public transport connections made it very easy to get around the city.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues during our stay. Before arriving, I contacted the property in advance to let them know that we would be checking in very late. They kindly contacted us on the day of arrival and provided the access code and instructions for collecting the key. However, when we arrived around midnight, the key we were given did not open the apartment. It seemed that the key had not been properly configured or tested before being provided to us. We had to wait outside the building for around 30 minutes while contacting the property and sending videos showing that the key was not working. Fortunately, they responded and provided us with another apartment, which resolved the issue. We also noticed a few very small insects around the kitchen and bathroom areas. They were tiny, but still visible, and it was unpleasant to see them inside the apartment. Overall, the location was convenient, but the check-in issue and the insects were disappointing.
