The location is perfect, in a peaceful neighbourhood looking out at the canal. It’s close to shopping. The suite is like a “home away from home”..so comfortable and clean.
We liked everything

Laura and Arjan are exceptional hosts, running a special airbnb. The place was spotless, the breakfast was generous and the location is incredible. And Laura and Arjan gave my sister a sweet surprise for her birthday - a lovely Dutch dessert. Really really loved staying here. Highly recommend!

Hosts were amazing . Bought us breakfast down every morning. Location was right on the canals but a short walk took you into the city area. Very comfortable bed and toiletries supplied were above expectation.
There was a small amount of noise from the plumbing but you expect that seeing that the building is old.

The landlords were very friendly and helpful. The interior is very nice and designed with passion and an eye for details.
You have to be aware that it‘s a souterrain/basement room with two tiny windows that can’t be opened. To let in fresh air you have to open the door that leads directly to the street. That is not mentioned in the description.
Also there‘s a lot of noise presumably caused by the water system. And as the landlords live directly on the floor above, you hear every step.
