Overall layout of all the parts of the hotel. Excellent staff.
Your choice of music throughout the day in the dining was awful!!!!!!! Choose less unhappy singers. Van Morrison if you have to. The whining male and female at breakfast is not the way to start the day. It ruins the whole meal. Take time to sit in the rooms and listen to what you subjected us to. This noise detracts from an otherwise elegant dining experience. Get this sorted right away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Convenient, friendly staff, great breakfast,

Breakfast and the dinner we had were very good.
Our room was very small.
Parking was a nightmare tying to make sure we were covered nt the public car park.
Staff were lovely and helpful.

The location is lovely and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was also tasty. There’s a great bar menu too with plenty of cocktails.
The room is very small for the price paid and incredibly stuffy which made it hard to sleep. There is no parking (which is clearly flagged in advance to their credit) but the parking in the town as an alternative was very chaotic, particularly during the day, which made it quite stressful. Luckily there are lots of options, but on one day we had to try 7 different car parks to get a space
