Very easy access to mall below that has a wide range of shops, boutiques and restaurants.

We like it that the kitchen is fully equipped & the host is very mindful & take care of little things but important to guests' needs. There are disposable cups, plastic bags for the bin, kitchen rolls etc. though we dont cook. The apartment has a nice ambience & very comfortable.
Probably need to have a bath mat in the bathroom where the sink is. Feet is wet after shower. It is also to take care of elderly to prevent slip and fall.

We love the apartment because it has beautiful surrounding view ,peaceful , clean and have everything you need to feel like second home. Double private car park , security at its most and a Mall next to you to keep you feel occupied with activities. Definitely will repeat at this place. And you can even relax and swim at their stunning pools [ total 4 of them ] ;-)

All 3 units are far apart in which 1 unit at different block. Require proper plan to visit other unit, go to parking or shopping mall cos only 1 access card provided. Also quite a walk between 2 blocks

We stayed there since we were not able to stay with our parents who were down with Covid, when our initial plan was to be there for the PRU15. I was not sure about the exact location, but upon knowing that KL East Mall is really part of it, that was just great. It facilitated us to get the essentials for our parents while we were nearby and going back to and fro from their place to pass on the necessities. This stay served its purpose well. My son is very happy with the big screen TV - really big. My sister who is considered really persnickety (she was being rather skeptical about homestays and anything to do with hotels) could not find much fault with the place. As a regular homestayer, I, on the other hand, was really happy with everything. The mountain view was indeed peaceful. The recreation area was superb. I wanted to stay longer.
The only fault is that the place is built next to the highway and from time to time, you can hear "drifters" showing off the sound of their engines. The rest deserves 10 Kit Kat! Keep it up, sir.
p/s: You provided some coffee and tea (maybe) - do stock up on the sugar.

Strategic location. Direct link to the mall. Pool was spacious. Can see mountain view.
No proper ventilation to hang your washed clothes. especially if u have children, there will be alot of clothes. The hanging rack is too high. We had to used a chair to access it.

Apartment is very homely and nicely decorated. Owner provided facilities for cooking and there is also a washing/dryer machine. Very convenient for families.
