We had a wonderful time in the cute house and sat outside and drank our coffee this morning!!! We will be back!

The home was clean and historic. Loved the high ceilings! Beds were comfortable. Due to our busy weekend, we were only there to sleep but overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.

The property was in a great location, the surrounding neighborhood was quiet. Parking was not the best and the room one of us slept in was miserably hot. The house was neat and clean. It was cute and the outdoor area was nice.

This was a great place to stay for my time in Rogers. It was easy to get around town, and a quiet area to be in.

Pros- nice bathroom w large vanity; water pressure good plenty hot water. nice front porch Close by is a Latino bakery that is open late. Cons- strong air freshener smell was overwhelming. I could only find one of the culprits which I put outside but after leaving for coffee and coming back the smell was still overwhelming The lawn was not cut and even my dog didn’t want to walk thru the long clover/grass. Bad airflow given the control for the HVAC is in the front room. The bedrooms were warm even w The doors open and ceiling Fan on. (Made worse by the hot water heater being in one of the 2 bedrooms on first floor. ) Furnishings were cheap. We be found a working can opener after the first one we tried didn’t work. There were no washcloths nor soap so bring your own. The house has potential but needs some care. The neighborhood looks to be going thru transition. We saw carpenter ants in the kitchen and assorted bugs in bedroom bath and living room. Might need a pest control company.

We enjoyed our stay at this property with some friends after a concert at the pavilion. The back yard fire pit was the perfect spot post concert - complete with the entertainment of 2 barred owls hunting moths next door! Easy walk to Java Dudes for morning coffee.

This home was great. The beds were comfortable, the property was well kept, and the owners were friendly. This home is a short (4-5 minutes) walk from downtown, so food & entertainment was readily available. However, it was still quiet at night, we were not disturbed at all by any noise or lights. The water heater works great, the home was well decorated, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
