La amabilidad de TODO EL PERDONAL. Además se me quedo mi bolsa con todos mis productos electrónicos y me la encontraron y me la devolvieron completa. Aún mejor el trato !!!

Location is great. The room was nice and cosy. A bit weird layout. Not many facilities.
Their credit card system didn’t work and had to pay in cash losing the tax benefit.
The bathroom towel rack broke down and at risk of injury was not even checked by the staff.
Breakfast was ok but the staff didn’t inform us we could had have eggs. Very disappointing.

Muy buena ubicación, el desayuno estaba bueno pero le falta un poco de variedad, recuerdo que antes de ela pandemia era un poco más surtido. Habitación cómoda y limpia.
Solo por decir algo malo a veces se escuchaba a otros pasajeros caminar por el pasillo haciendo ruido. Pero nada grave.

Номер. Насколько я поняла, была проведена реновация. Номер очень чистый, ванная полностью новая. Матрасы, подушки, одеяла и полотенца - все новое и свежее.
Отдельная благодарность англо-говорящим сотрудникам отеля. Это ценно.
Завтрака такого как на фото нет вообще! Это не приемлемо, обещан завтрак шведский стол, но на самом деле вы завтракаете в какой то кладовке, совсем не уютной и еду выбираете галочками на бумажке и вам выносят вашу тарелку. Сама еда вкусная. Но антуража, представленного на фото нет.
Все старинно меблированные комнаты предоставленные на фотографиях отеля, также отсутствуют или приведены в такое состояние, что сидеть вы там не будете.

Location was fantastic, breakfast room was beautiful.
Rooms were rather basic and not much personality for the elegance of the exterior.

The location was perfect for walking about Punta Arenas. The hotel staff did a great job and the wonderful lady at the front desk went out of her way to see we had a great stay. We stayed several nights before we departed on our Fly the Drake adventure.
I can't think of any way to improve the facility.
