Good for the value, also they left me a breakfast package, because I had to checkout early (6am). That was very nice of them.

The main door is locked and you need to wait around 5 mins before they let you in, would be great to be more responsive (fast).

Alors si vous avez le malheur de tomber sur la chambre n5 fuyez !!! Notre chambre donnait littéralement sur le petit déjeuner de ce fait nous avions un bruit pas possible dès 6h30 du mat dès la mise en place du petit déjeuner. Une mauvaise insonorisation, les chambres sont vieilles. Un petit coup de frais de ne serait pas de refus. Et nous avons payé ça cher pour deux nuits. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, il y a seulement deux tables pour l’ensemble de l’hôtel. Donc on se retrouve à attendre debout notre tour pour que quelqu’un finisse ou alors à manger avec des inconnus de bon matin… Conseil pour eux: il devrait condamner la chambre n5 et en faire plutôt un plus grand réfectoire avec plus de table pour le petit déjeuné. Après c’est pas de chance pour nous, sûrement que les autres chambres sont mieux !

Cozy place and very nice staff. Location is perfect, silent but very close to the center. We have appreciated a lot that they've prepared a takeaway breakfast for us because we had to leave early in the morning! Good job!

You can hear every step on the stairs and some noise from other rooms. We didn't like the fact that the heater couldn't be turned off.

Friendly staff. They didn't speak English but communicated well in simple Spanish slowly for us which helped. Good location. Just a short walk from the bus station. Room was spacious. private bathroom had a good shower (warm good pressure), but the showerhead is not attached to the wall - you have to hold it.

We had room 1, which is right at the front of the property on the ground floor next to reception. It was not a quiet room - there was noise from the road (unavoidable), noise from reception (we could hear all conversations or music/telephone calls the staff were listening to), and footsteps from the room above. So I recommend other visitors bring ear plugs and you will be fine (like I was). The important bits of the room (bed, bathroom) were clean, but the walls, floor and ceiling of the bedroom looked dirty and made me feel uncomfortable. The wallpaper is a light colour so shows up marks really easily - it was peeling off the wall and there were black stains in one corner near the ceiling, possibly mold. The bathroom is wood panelled and there are signs of mildew throughout. The breakfast area is upstairs directly outside another bedroom so felt awkward, like we should be quiet to avoid disturbing other guests. I think having the bedroom 1 that we had as the breakfast room would make more sense. The breakfast itself was disappointing. There was a pot of coffee (but it had been poorly brewed, was weak and watery), some sliced bread (which was too sweet), some sliced meats (which we didn't eat as we are vegetarian), some juice boxes, some crackers, and yoghurt pots. The price seemed high for what you get, but I felt the same about everywhere in Punta Arenas - it's an expensive port town.

Not far from the bus station and supermarkets. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was new and modern. The staff were very helpful.

The room was huge and cozy. Loved the quality of the bed and the shower was great. Jorge was a friendly person and he allowed me to check in at 11 am as I arrived early. The breakfast was good. I had an excellent stay in this hostel and this is a perfect hostel to stay in Punta Arenas given its central location.

Staff over the top performance. Second stay and it further improved my first experience. They helped me a lot with a late hour situation due to a boat arrival time delay and they sort me out all the logistics with no additional costs
