1. I want to give huge shoutout to the 2 ladies Peggy and Aldena who were providing excellent help throughout this stay. They accommodated my very late check in arrangements and stayed online to provide support. This level of service in my experience is what you receive at 5/6 star hotels. Amazing! 2. The apartment itself was spotless, very clean, ample amenities to make the stay really amazing. 3. The view out of the living room balcony & 2 of the bedrooms were splendid.

This is a very minor input to make the overall experience even more excellent! In the check in instruction and video to demonstrate how to get to the guest parking, 1 minor step missed was how to activate the car park entrance gantry. Really really minor but will make subsequent guests experience really seamless
