Property was perfect, great neighborhood, great communication. Would highly recommend.

The house was very dirty when we arrived. We immediately wiped all the counters and tables and washed the floors the following day because we couldn't handle the filth. Most disappointing is that when we went to crawl into bed the first night we found our sheets were dirty with dog hair and tons of stains. There weren't extra sheets so at 11:30pm we had to do laundry. Ugh! We reached out to the management company but no action was taken to remedy the situation. My mother-in-law couldn't handle the weeds in the yard so she took care of those. The house is beautifully renovated but needs repairs like tightening the door knobs and the shower in the hallway bath doesn't have any water pressure. The fans need to be dusted. I also recommend reflective strips on the steps in the game room. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms are all on the same remote frequency so if one person turns on a light, it turns on the lights in all of the bedrooms. The neighbors parked in front of the driveway so that was frustrating. I liked being able to walk to the beach but there are better beaches a short car ride away.
