My first bad critique, but had no choice. We arrived at the hotel, at the reception they said that we could not get the room at the price we closed through Booking, without explanation, and they were not prepared to meet us in any way. The room we got was without a window, a broken toilet, completely different from what was in the pictures and what the hotel promised. Breakfast took a really long time, and it was too close to checkout time (only room service available) and after 40 minutes we were calling to check, and they said coffee is not available. Eventually we didn't get our breakfast and we were told that we needed to checkout even though the breakfast was included in the payment. The most embarrassing experience. Highly recommend staying away from this hotel, for your own good.

I used the property earlier also...nice location, good room,, new design, WiFi,lift, parking, meals arrangements,, everything is good...so recommend to use the property..

Not even for one night, not even for one rupee! We liked: Going... We didn't like: The excessively dirty neighborhood, the impression of dishonesty from the reception. The Manager tried to inflate the price under the pretext of taxes around 50%, we refused. He “sent” us a worthless torn note. We had to insist several times that he exchange it for us. Don't go on fake 10/10 reviews all are managed by hotel staffs.

Good experience specially the location, staff behaviour, wifi, dining services, transport they have their own..seems lil higher ..but ok
