New, fresh, blue and white, very romantic, delightful and refined apartment on the ground floor of the old farmhouse, dedicated especially to couples. The windows are paintings that frame a lush postcard countryside. If you are a couple and dream of a few relaxing days, treat yourself to the best that the Gubbio countryside can offer you, the small luxury of a special place, nice, elegant, comfortable, full of love and beauty whose memory will accompany you forever .
Apartment composed of an outdoor area furnished with umbrella, table, chairs and armchairs, with a view of the countryside. Living room with a comfortable sofa in front of a romantic fireplace and a beautiful open kitchen. Bathroom and double bedroom - on request instead of double bed two single beds - and bathroom with shower. Completed restructuring in June 2019, everything is new, clean and elegant.
Unique location: cooler than the plain in summer, thanks to the pool and lush vegetation and comfortable and warm, thanks to the lovely fireplace, in winter. In addition to the countryside, you will have a garden of more than 15,000 m2 for guests only. We advise you that by choice there is no television but free Wi Fi is everywhere, even in the garden.
