Everything, the staff exceptional, helpful and respectful and very kind and go out of their way to make sure everything is five star . When I come back to Hanoi I will definitely be staying here great location close to everything. It doesn’t get any better. . Thank you to all the staff, especially the manager Fabio.A gentlemen and in every way . Thank you for all your help with my friend Paddi who fractured her ankle in Sapa and the staff here made sure my friend was looked after with her engry .

Staff were lovely and let me check out late which was very much appreciated! The rooftop bar was great and the breakfast buffet has many different options. Unfortunately I didnt get to try the pool because of the weather. My room was on the 7th floor and very peaceful while also being walking distance to all the great food in the old quarter.

Très bel établissement , bon petit déjeuné , bonne organisation
L’insonorisation la nuit , on entend tout le bruit dehors . Le personnel est gentil mais les messes basses dans notre dos pas très appréciable à plusieurs reprises . Le massage était également appréciable mais les éternuements sans mettre sa main devant la bouche pendant la prestation et les reniflements étaient pas très convenables pour un soin « spa »
