We liked how big the living area and kitchen are and how prompt to reply our hosts were (before and during our stay). Location is great for going to the Oceanogrfic on foot, but if you have a small or medium car, it's recommended to use the parking spot that goes with the apartment (15 eu/day fee). It turned out the area is not that safe - our car got broken into while parked in front of the building on the first day. Good internet. The apartment has great potential but right now, we wouldn't return.

Firstly, we had to collect the keys from a lock-box that was 2.5 km away from the property itself. Then, we had only one set of keys. The host sent us some instructions how to enter the apartment through an app with a secure code - which only made us feel unsafe because technically, anyone with the code could enter and there's nothing we could do. The sofa was quite dirty. The water controls in the shower and in the bath were broken - there was plenty of hot water but it was impossible to take a cold shower because of the broken water controls on the shower itself (the water was always hot). The beds are very old and uncomfortable. There is a central AC system - but it blows cold air right on your head when you lie in bed that could give you a headache. Furthermore, you cannot control the temperature in different rooms independently which is inconvenient when different people in different rooms have different preference about the temperature.

Check in with a special app was quite a challenge. We prefer keys.

Location was good and lots of free public parking spaces were available near site.

First of all the lifts of the property were suffocated and apartment was smelling like it was empty for a long time. Due to some electrical problem electric supply was broken down again and again and then finally we had got the issue that the hot water boiler was leaking. We checked out one night before because electrician said we can’t fix it immediately and therefore you can’t have hot water at all. The Host promised to reimburse our last night rent but it was very difficult to get refund my deposit and reimbursement money. I have got full refund of deposit but they didn’t refund me full night reimbursement as they promised. We’d check out at 23:30 and hardly found another apartment. I never book again any apartment related with this company in the future.

The property is in a great location once your focus is to go the Oceangraphic and science museums. There are stores and a mall close by. The apartment is a very good size and was very comfortable, great bathrooms and the kitchen is big enough.

It wasnt as easy to get to the other parts of Valencia, that is the Old town area and Mestalla stadium.
