All of the staff were lovely and accommodating! The rooms were spacious and the amenities were an extra bonus!
Soundproofing could have been a little better, I could hear the guests next door but that might have been because they always slammed their door.

Place was clean. Loved the pool on the roof. I liked the booking taxi pickup bonus.
Mattresses needed replacement. Street noise was noticeable. We arrived early, but they couldn't accomodate even 30 min early check-in.

The room was large and pretty well furnished. The bed was comfortable.
The hotel elevators are quite small and there can be a queue just to get upstairs. The kitchen was pretty useless. Barely an utensils or dishes. The TV was from the early 2000's. No streaming, small, slow, limited number of channels.

Really good beds and equipped rooms.
Serv8ce facilities like laundry room, ice machine, pool etc was very nice.
A bit confusing messages from the front desk related to our attempt to do some laundry (specific value of coins needed and to get them was really hard at tue time....)
We had breakfast buffé one morning but black burned sausages and green eggs (boiled to the bitter end..) was part of the offer so made it feel really expensive and no value for money.
