Very conveniently located, very clean and comfortable room
We went for breakfast 8:00am at the hotel restaurant and waited 40 mins for the food to arrive. The reason in accordance to the staff being our order inputted but not received by the kitchen!!!! Told them we need to meet up our friends at 9:00am and still took them more or less 5 mins to have our check ready. Understood there’s people waiting outside to be seated but as all of them knew our food served late(caused we asked all 4 of them to check on our order), I certainly hope they are more considerate.

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything in Old Quebec. The room and bathroom were beautiful and the king bed was very comfortable. The coffee maker in the room made great coffee, and we liked the turn-down service. The pool was small but after a long day of walking, we enjoyed using it.
The pull-out couch was a little squeaky and not as comfortable as we would have liked, but my kids slept OK on it, and it was nice to have the option of fitting the 4 of us in one room.

Our room was particularly confortable.
Service was above all below our expectations. A lot of left overs by the pool, the transportation was unavailable, specially for the return from Bocceli concert. Considering there were a good number of guests that attended this event, there should have been from the hotel de availabilty of transportation in and out
