The hotel location is perfect for exploring old quebec by foot, and the adjacent garage was very convenient and well priced . The room size was fine, with a comfortable bed. The small frIdge and kitchenette was sufficient.

the inclusion of a toaster would be desirable

We loved its uniqueness, cleanliness, and location.

We loved the room. Two suggestions are that: we felt the bed was a little bit too soft and the pillows too puffy; the lighting throughout the room was all task lighting. We needed to have a choice of more general lighting. It was difficult to see well inside the room and bathroom.

The hotel is unique! The rooms are very comfortable and everything you need has been provided. We had drinks in the lounge twice, they were perfect!

The location was perfect for walking to all corners of the old part of the city. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the room large and airy and spotlessly clean, as was the well-designed bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable!

Not all of the decor was to my taste, but the place had originality and a sense of whimsy!

Hotel is stylish and staff were fantastic. Room was excellent, very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was very poor and not worth the money. Came in a box left outside the door. An omelette that could be eaten and pastries.

I like that it has a bathtub and a shower.

Having the shower head in one side and the faucet wrench at the other end it was an inconvenience to keep control of the temperature of the water. The door of the Toilet room it's too narrow. It's good to have the toilet separate but not having where to clean your hand inside the same room it's a little inconvenience.

Wonderful location in the heart of the old city steps from great restaurants. Fun, quirky decor. Self parking immediately adjacent to the property.

No place to pull over in front of the hotel and no one offered to valet or help with the luggage so we had to carry from the lot next door. No breakfast on site and a box breakfast is provided only to those who book directly and not through a third party. Front desk staff was not friendly when asked about this. Hallways were so poorly lit that it was impossible to find the keyless entry pad without feeling around for it.

Was a very imaginative hotel right in the middle of the walled part of Quebec City. The hallways were like you were walking in a starry sky, the grande piano played music by itself :), there were moving ballon reflections in the mirrors in the entryway. The theme was love and little hearts could be found throughout the decor. One of a kind hotel.

The hotel is a very nice boutique hotel, created and design with love and attention for details. The rooms are big, equipped with everything (we even had a fully equppped kitchen) and the staff is very helpful, friendly and kind. They try to solve every request.

Window cannot be opened at all. The beds are very (too?) soft. Everything else was really okay.

The hotel was centrally located with easy walking access to local attractions and restaurants. It was quiet in the rooms , clean and comfortable . The staff were very friendly and helpful

The lighting in the hallways and rooms was very dark. The gym was not really a gym as there wasn't even a bench. There was no onsite place for coffee or food. However, they looked like some sort of renovation was occurring.

Beautiful hotel. The guest rooms and common spaces had fun decor and the hotel was ideally situated within the city. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. It sank to the middle. I also hated the pillows, but none of that would stop me from staying again. The positives far outweighed the negatives.

Mostly everything: - Really cool ambience - unique hotel theme that both adults and kids loved. The playful theme reminded me of the Disney magic you feel at WDW resorts - Great location - short walk to restaurants and attractions within Old Quebec - Pretty quiet for the location - it felt like a secret hideaway within the city. Zero noise from other rooms - only normal city sounds at night - Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, nice view of city, great bathroom, and full kitchenette/bar - Hotel accommodated our request for 2 adjoining rooms

All very minor inconveniences that were far outweighed by the great experience once we got checked into the hotel: - The hotel keeps a low profile exterior, so it was challenging to find, even with GPS. I drove past it twice before spotting the entrance. I would advise to look up a picture of the blue front door before visiting, just to familiarize - Hotel entrance is on a steeply sloped road, so slight challenge to load/unload luggage from a car. However hotel service was quick to assist with this - The onsite grocery store / cafe at the hotel did not exist at our time of stay - it appeared to be under construction/renovation

Absolutely loved this hotel. Gorgeous lobby with really cool and unique decor. The room was huge, very cool vibe, super clean and we had a lovely view. Area is perfect to explore old Quebec. Highly recommend.
