This cozy small hotel was in a perfect location. On a pedestrian street in the center of old Quebec. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I thought it was charming
Note that all the rooms are up stairs with no elevator.

Location was wonderful for being immersed in Old Quebec, walking right out to restaurants and the boardwalk, and a stones throw from the Chateau Frontenac. Staff was lovely and welcoming. Our dog was welcomed and the overall stay was wonderful.
It’s a minor complaint, but the location and set up of the toilet area is quite compact, but understand making use of an old building set up and maximizing the space utilization. More of a nicety than a dislike.
