The location of the hotel was excellent, with many bars and restaurants right on the doorstep
We were allocated a room that was a long way from reception and away from all the normal facilities, I h as bar / restaurant etc.

The hotel's location is perfect. Close to everything. Parking is good and easy to find. Staff are super friendly and the decor of the building is really well thought out. Another awesome thing I noticed but I didn't read about before staying there is that each room's television has a Google Chromecast built in. So you can stream your movies or shows for free. It's like being home. It's such a cool feature to have and we found it super helpful and convenient.
Not sure there was anything we didn't like tbh. We had an awesome stay.

Staff did not communicate where anything was, no phone in room you had to contact them by app and they did not answer or respond

Close to historical sights and restaurants.
Tired, worn, dark room, awkward layout. Stingy bathroom amenities. Difficult to get around the hotel.
