Great location, walking distance to Fashion outlets, good resturant on site, starbucks on site. well appointed rooms. They have afree airport shuttle every 15 minutes which is very convenient

Staff were very helpful, nice and supportive.
Room cleanliness. The first room I discovered little black hairs on the bed. I brushed the first few off. Then as I grabbed one of the pillows there were more and more hairs. I'm not normally bothered by it but there were so many! I asked to switch rooms. The staff did so without question and even sent someone up to help me. The second room while far better, I also discovered a large clump of hair on the bed. Thankfully it was only one so I brushed it off, but I was already put off after the first room. I stayed in the second room. The room service was prompt and even though the food looked loveless, it tasted good. Again staff was nice. Bed was comfortable.
Shuttle to the airport was also clean, prompt and good. Staff was nice.
With that much competition of nice hotels around O'Hare, I will probably look somewhere else next time. Too bad, likely my first and last time at a Loews.

Location to O’Hare was fine
Dirty. Old room. Rude late night check in staff. Uncomfortable bed. Worn carpet. Far too expensive for the horrible condition of the room.

The valet Luis was an awesome host. It's quiet which was surprising with O'Hare airport close by. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.
Check in they could not find my reservation through booking.com. Then I was assigned to a non existent room

Very quiet, very clean and confortable space. I simply loved my room. Great restaurants attached to the hotel and walking distance to the Chicago Fashion Outlet Mall

Very nicely made hotel, large and cozy though. Friendly and helpful staff (wanted a room change and the support was just great) and an excellent breakfast buffet (compared to other chains in the US a real blast!)

CLEAN AND CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT WITH A VARIETY OF RESTAURANTS IN VICINITY. STAYED OVERNIGHT AND CAUGHT THE SHUTTLE COMPLIMENTS OF THE HOTEL.

The room was lovely, an outlet next to the full length mirror outside the bathroom would of been a huge help, bed very comfortable.

The walk from the parking to the rooms is a bit much, especially considering they make you pay 40$ to park.

Loews is a good place to have a rest after your long flight. Transfer shuttle service is easy to locate at the Regional Bus Stop at O'Hare and is extremely helpful. Cozy, comfortable and clean room. Delicious, high quality room-service breakfasts.
Polite reception desk personnel, however the team should have possessed more information on O'Hare International Airport, at least some basic details that they could have shared with hotel quests when requested.

It was elegant and chill and very lively at the same time. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to explore much, since I booked last minute to break up a long trip which was full of delays. I was exhausted and just needed rest and food, so it was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I took advantage of the lush robe and slippers and I ordered room service, which was top notch.

Having an on site restaurant that served good food even at late hours was an excellent benefit. Staff was helpful and efficient.and having a quick airport shuttle saved loads of time and money.
No dislikes during this stay. Would stay again.

Parking 60$ and the system does not even work, 3 type of different taxes, 25 $ destination charge every day that was not communicated by staff….messy management i would say , they do not really understand the concept of guests

This is always a great place to stay near to O'Hare.
I do think it is a bit expensive for what it is... but I would stay there again next time I am in Chicago.
