Pool was nice, good for lap swimming, a little cold for kids. Pretty easy walk to Rosemont CTA station. Very easy walk to conference center. Shuttle from airport

Like the free airport shuttle. Liked the cleanliness and size of room and bed. Loved the mini fridge.

No microwave was my only real complaint.

This place is super convenient if you want to shop or do anything at the steven center. We came for a convention and it was so easy to walk to and from.

The hotel overall was run down. Alot of things didn't work, outlets, coffee maker in the room, the phone in our room, several pieces of equipment in the gym were broken. We didn't have bedding for the pullout in our room, and when you talked to the staff, it was like no one cared. It took almost an hour to get bedding for the pull out and I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by asking for things to work. We were surprised also that we had to pay for parking.

The front desk staff are really friendly. The location is close to the airport. Rooms are quiet.

The cleaning need to be improved. Need more options on breakfast.
