We used the airport shuttle and it started running at 4 AM which was great. Due to flight cancellations, the shuttle was overbooked, but the front desk arranged a Taxi for us, which was very nice.
No snacks for guests if they had to leave before the breakfast is available…like a piece of fruit or a granola bar.

It was clean although the parking area smelled like dog poop

For some reason, this hotel has raised it's prices to be non-competitive with other similar hotels in the O'Hare area. It had been my favorite since it was right next to the casino, but it is now priced $40-$50 higher than surrounding hotels. I won't stay here again. It offers no extra benefits to warrant the higher price.
