Anna,(Receptionist) and the Concierge were great, the Hotel is nice! The room had good pressure and hot water in the shower.
Ehh. I didn't expect to be in such a tiny space. This room required me to dust!! The coffee maker didn't get used it was dusty, the End tables and the top of the bed were dusty. I did have clean sheets and towels however.

The location was nice, quick walk to North Michigan Ave and River walk. The restaurant staff was nice, but why did it take 20 minutes to get a to-go grilled cheese?
The lighting in room was terrible! The tray of room service food stayed outside our door for the full three days we were there. The restaurant took 20 minutes to prepare a grilled cheese that was to go.... The front desk staff at check in was dry and short, not offering any information and not interested in our questions about the facilities.
