Best Western Plus Longhorn Inn & Suites

Excellent

Nothing

Location

Tiny shampoo bottle- not enough for two people. Towels were very thin and ragged around the edges. My bathroom experience wasn’t good.

Excellent stay.

Landscaping / rock gardens. But they are ok.

Location is safe, beds were comfortable, and not much vehicle traffic

I had higher expectations for a Best Western Plus, but my recent stay was very disappointing due to poor maintenance and lack of basic amenities. The bathroom was in rough condition, featuring noticeable rust and multiple damaged fixtures that urgently need attention or repair. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available for a shower during my stay. Basic cleanliness and hot water are the bare minimum for any hotel, especially under a "Plus" brand. The property badly needs proper upkeep and routine maintenance. Until these issues are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
