Der Pool ist groß, aber ein wenig heruntergekommen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet.

Wir hatten über Booking zwei Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht für 6 Personen (ein Zimmer für 1 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder und das andere für 2 Erwachsene). Im Hotel sagte man uns, dass das Frühstück nur Typ „Americano“ war und nicht Buffet (wobei das Hotel ein großes Buffet hat) - naja. Absolut inakzeptabel war aber, dass wir über Booking für 6 Personen MIT Frühstück gebucht hatten. Das Hotel verweigerte dann aber den Kindern das Frühstück, weil das separat zu bezahlen sei (3* 187 Pesos pro Tag). Dass für Kinder kein Frühstück enthalten ist, wird einem über den gesamten Buchungsprozess nicht mitgeteilt. Er NACH Abschluss der Buchung ist es im Kleingedruckten ganz unten in der Bestätigungsmail separat angemerkt. Das hatten wir vor kostenpflichtiger Buchung weder sehen können, noch ist es nach Buchung offensichtlich. Das Hotelpersonal war absolut uneinsichtig. Für 511€/9.200 Pesos für zwei Nächte mit 6 Personen ist das Hotel damit seinen Preis absolut nicht wert.

Muy bonitas las instalaciones solo que falta más cuidado en el aspecto de limpieza pues en el buró o mesita que había entre las dos camas estaba algo sucia

The Mission de Los Angeles is a wonderful oasis in a crowded city. Lovely garden and pool. Friendly and accommodating staff makes this a very pleasant destination.

Location and price. Overall the premises were pretty. The food was good. Restaurant staff was very friendly. Bell boys went the extra mile! Super helpful and friendly!

Our bathroom was very very old. We had the “do not disturb” sign and they opened our door trying to clean it. We then told our cleaning lady not to clean, still she did it for 2 days in a row…

facilities highly outdated (pool and bathroom) housekeeping would be at the door every morning very early (around 7.30) to check if they could clean the room

the garden was nice and preserved, sadly the facility is broken, so it doesn’t feel good

property es completely worn down, we didn’t feel comfortable furniture from the 60’s Pool not clear, no bar, absolutely NOT like the pictures on booking
