seamless checkin and checkout process. Staff were courteous. Also left baggage in storage until the afternoon as we had to leave only in the afternoon. Breakfast had a good amount of variety. Overall a good experience

Super convenient location with direct access to departures floor of Terminal 4. Room was large and comfortable and nice and clean.

Lifts are insanely slow.

It was very clean quiet and in a good location just off terminal4. We had a very comfortable nights sleep which is just what you want before a flight. The breakfast was excellent as were all the staff that we interacted with. Well worth a look.

The proximity to terminal 4 is excellent and significantly reduces the stress to get to an early flight. The room was very comfortable with enough space to open my suitcase and a spacious bathroom. The view was ok over some green space across the road. The coffee machine was welcome, but all but one of the pods was decaf!

The staff in the bar and the restaurant (mostly men) were not at all pleasant. I was ignored for a long time after I sat down at the restaurant, while groups and couples were attended to more diligently. I gave feedback to the staff, but it is too late once you have experienced poor service. Poor service from staff can ruin an entire stay even if the rooms and facilities are good, and that's exactly why my stay was not good. When you pay a high price for a room, you expect polite and attentive customer service, not disinterest and apathy.
