Close to USJ, friendly owner

The owner really goes the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Nice and clean facilities.

The place is great! Not difficult to find from Bentencho Station. I reserved the private room and spent a comfortable night with decent lighting/ temperature there. The bathroom was shared but it was really clean with all necessary stuff. Same for the kitchen and the living room, where I enjoyed a nice conversation with the other guests at night, and had nice coffee/cookies in the next morning. Most importantly the host is very nice and accommodating. I needed to deposit my bags earlier than checking in/ after checking out and he took care of all the needs. I enjoyed my brief yet friendly chats with him too - thank you!

အရမ်းသန့်ရှင်းပြီးosaka ကို၁-၂ရက်ခရီးအတွက်တည်းဖို့အရမ်းကိုတန်တယ်လို့ထင်ပါတယ်။ တစ်ချား guesthouse မှာအများနဲ့အတူနေတယ်ဆိုရင် အိမ်သာရေချိုးခန်းတို့ကအနည်းနဲ့အများညစ်ပတ်နေတတ်ပေမည့်၊ ဒီ guesthouse ပိုင်ရှင် (ပြင်သစ်လူမျိုး) ကတစ်နေ့ကိုခဏခဏသန့်ရှင်းရေးလုပ်နေတာတွေ့ပါတယ်။ မနက်စာကfree လည်းရှိတယ်ပိုက်ဆံပိုပေးရတာလည်းရှိတော့၊ ပိုက်ဆံပိုပေးရတဲ့မနက်စာ(၁နပ်ကို¥၁၀၀၀)ကိုမှာကြည့်တော့၊ ပြင်သစ်လူမျိုးတွေစားလေ့ရှိတဲ့မနက်စာလုပ်ကျွေးပါတယ်။¥၁၀၀၀ပေးထားတာထက်အများကြီးလုပ်ကျွေးလို့ကိုယ်ကတောင်အားနာနေရတယ်။ အိမ်ရဲ့ interior ကိုလည်းပြင်သစ်ကလူတွေနေသလိုပြင်ဆင်ထားပြီးguesthouse လို့ပြောတာထက်ကိုယ့်အိမ်မှာနေနေရသလိုလည်းခံစားရပါတယ်။ ပထမဆုံးမြန်မာလူမျိုးလာတည်းတာလို့ပြောလို့မြန်မာလိုreviewရေးကြည့်တာပါ။တစ်ချားမြန်မာလူမျိုးခရီးသည်တွေလဲလာတည်းလို့ရအောင်ပါ။ တကယ်တော့concert ကြည့်ဖို့အိုဆာကာအထိလာပြီးအတူတူတည်းနေတဲ့ဂျပန်လူမျိုးအခန်းဖေါ်၃ယောက်ကလည်းconcertကြည့်ဖို့လာတာလည်းပြောလိုက်တော့သူငယ်ချင်းတွေတောင်ဖြစ်သွားလို့အမှတ်တရခရီးတခုလို့တောင်ပြောလို့ရပါတယ်။

the owner did his best to meet my needs

Normally I say you get what you pay for, especially when it comes to hostels; however, this venue really changed how I thought about that. The location wasn't too far from anything as it only took 20 minutes to get to Universal Studios, the owner was incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the place was super clean.

The breakfast was perfect, and location is good for visit USJ.

The shower room is only 2nd floor has. If you want to wash in the morning, you would better wake up early first.

Host was very attentive, kind, and personable. The French breakfast was delicious and room was very comfy. Loved all the Halloween decorations!

Considering how much I paid, there where many more services than expected (even free good coffee, and I am italian). As far as I could see, i did not notice even a single corner dirty, but I did not examine every centimeter of the room.

The bed was clean but not extremely comfortable (in a 4* hotel they are better), but for the price I expected something much worse.

Absolutely Wonderful!! Matthew was incredibly kind and attentive. Breakfast was amazing, location perfect, facility clean and comfortable- overall fantastic!

You can't lock your room (because it creates a safety/fire hazard, so guesthouses in general can't have locks in rooms), but there's only 7 people who can stay at a time so i felt pretty safe! I dont stay in many hostels so maybe this is the norm, but I had a wonderful experience here.

The house is really warm and cozy, especially the common area. The owner / one-in-charge is very friendly, hospitable and accommodating. Everything was already prepared and it is also easy to get what you need. Even breakfast was good! You can also cook and use the utensils there. Good quality equipment!! The bathroom is also nice! Thumbs up to this place!!

The owner is SO kind and helped us with everything we needed! We did a surprise birthday party here!! So clean and comfy!! The futons were so comfortable!

Our host was very dedicated to our comfort, everything was perfect.

The house and the room facilities are very clean, the area is very convenient and close to stations to go to tourist attractions.

The house was a bit difficult to locate.
