- Reception staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded without us requesting - The room itself was comfy, clean, and with a good view. - The quiet pool is great in concept and is the go-to spot aside from the interruptions from other guests not following the set rules. - Bar staff and pool boys were friendly and helpful.

- The beach is unusable. A very long distance of ankle deep water followed by a very small area of relatives deep water that's full of reef and is also very close to a boat dock. - Food at the main restaurant is poor. Just very few varieties and no flavour whatsoever. - A la cart restaurant's staff wasn't the friendliest. A waiter at the Ocean's 11 restaurant basically kicked us out for showing up "late," although according to the booking receipt, we were still withtin the seating time. - The AC in our room just wasn't cooling down the entire room for some reason, just the area in front of it. In all fairness, I didn't complain about that as I would've hated to switch rooms.

The alcohol beverages are local, because of this they are not good quslity, the daily meals are always same and sort of is not enough. For the breakfast, there was only white cheese, two other were sliced tinder thsn the paper.

Very nice beach and aqua park, delicious food with good varieties, very good location, totally it is very good quality for price.

- The sea is very shallow, It’s not suitable for adults swimming, you must walk for a long distance to swim. - Turkish coffee is not included in the all inclusive plan.

The food wasn't good enough

Friendly staff, lots of facilities (many pools, restaurants, yoga, volleyball, beach football, aqua park) plus paid activities like water sports, scuba diving and tennis. Good food, clean site, free wifi in reception only.

wifi was slow

Great hotel in terms of location, space, food, gardens, beach front, decoration and even animation team! We absolutely loved it and we felt so well taken care of! The staff was also super friendly and helpful! we will definitely go again next year!!

Sea is really shallow for very long distance. It is good for families with little children but not for someone who likes to spent time in sea.

Amazing view to the light blue sea (because it is shallow, take is as an advantage!). Pools are super. Restaurant has a very good view, food is good. The whole hotel environment is stunning with the palm trees and other greens, pools, beach is in the hotel right after the pools. There is a pier to couple of smaller ships, which is good to walk in and enjoy the view from the end of it. Staff is extremly kind and experienced enough.

In winter season the restaurants opening times are little short.

Cleanliness, outdated furniture and decoration, showtime at night was disastrous

We’ve stayed 16 nights in December 2022. It was the most fantastic experiences that we’ve had. The hotel is managed like a Swiss clock with polite very experienced staff, very attentive to each guest. The hotel has many gardens and many activities that we keep exploring throughout our stay. The hotel has got its own private beach and very clean waters, quiet and quality stay. There are water slides, mini golf, ping pong, tennis, pool (snooker), darts, beach volley ball, wellness spa with a good gym area and a separate building for the amphitheatre where evening programmes take place. A wonderful team of animators has made our stay enjoyable and fun. Thank you Nikola, Gayá,Mustafa, Maxi and a DJ. We have been mostly impressed by the talent of chefs who made our stay as a gourmet paradise. On Christmas Gala dinner the hotel has built a big space which astonished us with its decor and grandness. Each staff member has greeted us as special guests on entrance with clapping. It was a wonderful Oscar-like experience. Thank you to the General Manager that greeted us on our departure. Your hotel is managed wonderfully! Special thanks to Shadi from Administration who was attentive to our requests from the very beginning. We’ll be happy to return to this hotel again.

We were never told that the main hotel was being refurbished so no access to lobby and bars. Like being in a building site.

Holiday from 14-25.11.2022. Total satisfaction with the hotel and services. Personal friendly, helpful. Room maintained, clean, on request cleaning every day. The food was a fabulous, you could always choose from. Beach exceptional, clean, sun lounge and towels to be available. The water is low a few meters, but it is possible to get into deep water from the pier without problems.
