Room size was typical and all soaps there

Dirty covers , staff rude - says pet friendly but charged us for service dog ( never saw ) , said family friendly but at checkin at 11pm sent handicap , service dog with toddler to 5th floor .. had hardly anything at “ breakfast buffet “ so did not eat there (at 7:30am)

Location to family, refrigerator in room, free breakfast.most. staff friendly and informative

Elevator's we're dirty, ice machine on our floor didn't work and leaking sprinkler head on our toom

Lobby air conditioning was broken. Ac in room didn't get room cold enough for me.

Room was as expected for the price, it was about average for a discount hotel stay. Breakfast was adequate and it was nice to have that included along with parking. Location was great as there were a lot of food options nearby and it was close to all the places I needed to get for work.

Lack of AC on the first floor- breakfast area was humid and hot, and the gym smelled pretty bad likely because of the same issue. Felt really bad for the breakfast lady and staff working in the heat down there. Also like most hotels, the TV guide setup is stupid. Would have been good to have a paper showing the channels so I didnt have to scroll

Wasn't the cleanest. And my room didn't even have the normal pictures.... it was only frames. Just seem like they didn't care or bothered to do something before their guest came in. The black lady at breakfast was nasty for no reason. It wasn't even at myself..... I saw her being nasty to a family of 4 because the mom had 2 plates of bagels because the kids were special needs and they couldn't hold it themselves. And I overheard her bad talking her the mother to another guest. It turned me off. And because of her I probably wouldn't be back. I know this is not a Hilton but as a hotel chain you should still take pride in the hotel and staff.

Hard to get into from highway. Breakfast was good and helper was excellent.

The towels looked used and dingy. Not enough towels.
