We were very pleased with the professional and helpful staff . We had a renovated room with a view of the gardens and we really enjoyed the breakfast . The location was perfect . We dined two nights at the hotel and would like to thank Ben for his excellent service ! Will come back again !

Our room was very spacious and cozy. Everything pretty new and clean. The location is good very close to the Mirabel gardens and the station. Lot of t Ed restaurants near by as well.

The breakfast was just good and could be better coordinated. It was crowded and not so easy to find a table. For the five days we stayed in the hotel there were only a person doing all the omelets / eggs, creating a huge line to request something. We gave up to order because of the line.

The location, the staff. Both exceptional.

The desserts were a bit disappointing but that's it.

Breakfast was ok , hot dishes were cold

There was a black out for several hours and it was a big inconvenience as we had to walk the stairs to access our room and had no access to any facilities,yet we were not offered any compensation 👎
