I would recommend you offer coffee or a coffee maker in the room (or tea) or lobby.

TV in room is small

Location was unsurpassed, right in the middle of the sightseeing. The staff was excellent: very friendly, eager to help. Our room was the top of the line, standard rooms were probably more modest, but I am confident comfortable and everything was very clean. Try the hotel restaurant, it is very good. Make the reservation.

Location was great and easy to take buses to anywhere

The reception staff were unwelcoming and dismissive throughout. The bed was the bigger problem. Very narrow for a single, and so hard it was like sleeping on a stone bench. I couldn’t sleep at all. When the receptionist asked how my night was the next morning, I explained the bed was uncomfortable; he said "okay" and moved on. No interest in the feedback at all.
